The short version
MudLittle is reader-supported. We do not sell display ads, and we do not publish sponsored or paid-placement articles. When we say marketing, we mean press, brand, and mission-aligned partnerships that help more families find the journal.
If you want to write about us, work with us, or share our work, this page is for you.
Press and media inquiries
We work with journalists, podcasters, and researchers who want to cite our reporting or interview our editorial and clinical advisors.
- Interviews with our editors or advisory board.
- Expert quotes on infant feeding, sleep, development, and parent wellbeing.
- Fact-checking or background on a story you are reporting.
- Review copies of upcoming pieces, on embargo.
Partnerships
We partner with organizations whose mission fits ours: breastfeeding support, parent wellbeing, early-childhood development, and evidence-based health. Every partnership is reviewed for editorial independence before it begins.
- We disclose any partnership that touches an article, in the piece itself.
- We do not let a partner review, edit, or approve our journalism.
- No partner can pay to place an article in the journal.
- We will say no to a partnership that asks us to soften or change a finding.
Brand assets
If you are writing about us and need our logo, colors, or a short description, you may use the materials below with these rules.
- Use our logo on a light or white background, with clear space around it.
- Do not recolor, stretch, or animate the logo, or place it on a busy photo.
- Refer to us as MudLittle, one word, capital M and L.
- For a short description: MudLittle is a reader-supported journal of evidence-based, heart-led stories for the early years.
Linking to us
Linking to our articles is always welcome and needs no permission. We appreciate a note when you do, so we can thank you and share your piece with our readers.
Our editorial-marketing firewall
Our editorial team and our marketing and partnerships work are separate. Editors choose what we cover and how we cover it. Marketing and partnership conversations do not assign, approve, or change articles. This separation is how we keep the trust that makes the journal worth reading.
The Weekly Nest newsletter is free. If you want to support our work directly, share the journal with a parent who needs it, or pitch a story if you write in this space.
Get in touch
Tell us what you are working on, and we will point you to the right person. Editorial pitches and corrections go to the editors; press, brand, and partnership questions go to our brand team.
Email support@mudlittle.com with the subject line Press, Brand, or Partnership, and a sentence on what you need. We reply within five business days.
